Our "Tumaì" extra virgin olive oil is made from ripe and healthy Italian Taggiasca olives, extracted using a cold process to ensure the highest quality. It has a pleasing and harmonious aroma with a slightly spicy taste that is soft and full, boasting delicate fruity tones. The bitterness and pungency are balanced, making it an excellent accompaniment to pasta, salads, vegetables (cooked and raw), legumes, fish, and white meat.
